Private events at Ludy Café require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice. All bookings and menu selections must be confirmed with our team in advance.

The minimum spend for private events starts at $250 and varies depending on the day, time, and location within the café.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies for private events will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits or payments may be non-refundable depending on notice period and circumstances.

5. Events & Community Activities

Participation in community and creative events such as open mic nights, poetry readings, or art classes is voluntary. Ludy Café is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or damages incurred during participation unless caused by our negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Ludy Café and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Allergies & Dietary Information
